Website Sample: RisingLoneStars.com

RisingLoneStars.com is a website created to serve as a hub for all things related to local Texas politics.

About a year ago, by boss at Prevailing Trends realized how hard it is to find information on local elected officials. In response, he decided to create a website that had databases with local elected officials' email addresses, phone numbers, election dates, etc. Later, we decided we also wanted to track which elected officials would be the next up-and-coming states representatives, congressional candidates, or "Rising LoneStars" as we liked to call them. We then started to make monthly top ten lists that you can find on the site.

For this project, I designed the website using Wordpress, wrote copy, created the logo, developed the databases, and supervised the other contributors to the site.
